Prices go up from $200 depending on your design needs, the number of pages you need, the complexity of your site, etc.

Content management systems (which allow you to add, edit or delete portions of your website content), add to the complexity of the project and will be reflected in the initial cost of the website. This is a very desirable option as it can eliminate maintenance costs altogether, as it empowers clients to update their own website!
