Milkin Mamas Breast Milk Bank

Alice and Keri (owners of Milkin'Mamas and Wellsprings Massage Therapy and Bodywork Center) called me up in the very early stages of the milk bank. They needed a website and a content management system (allowing them to make changes to the site as needed).

The first task I set out to do was to give them a fresh design. The adjectives that they gave to describe the look they were after included: "clean, simple, curvy, spunky, soft, playful...", we agreed that this design fit the bill.

Next, I set out to build an extremely user friendly Content Management system that fit their needs. I was able to achieve this by separating out their areas to manage. They can upload photos and link any photo to any page on their site, the system also allows them to control resources, resource categories, page titles and page headings. The Content Management System also includes a WYSIWYG (What you see is what you get) editor, which allows them to change the site text without knowing any code.
