Unlocking content in Joomla

If you don't know Joomla, this can be very annoying. When your clients lock themselves out of their own site you need a quick fix. Luckily it is easy to unlock right from the admin interface. This article was good, but I think that I had a different version of Joomla.

I solved it by going to Tools>Clean Cache then confirming it in Tools>Global Check-in.
